If the plant you received from us that was fulfilled by Air Plant Supply Co.is damaged or in poor condition/health, you must send us an email to orders@naturalihome.com within 24 hours of delivery. If you do not, we are unable to return or replace your plant.

Do not discard the box or plant unless instructed by our team as we may request that the plant be shipped back.
